Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payments Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your seat. Cancellations & Refunds 7+ Days Before Class: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee, or a one-time free transfer to a future class. 2–6 Days Before Class: 50% refund, or a $50 rebooking fee to move to a future date. Less than 48 Hours / No-Show: No refunds or transfers. Emergency exceptions may be made at our discretion. You must complete the online portion of training before the skills session. If you can not provide proof of completion, you will not receive a refund and will not be allowed to participate in certification for skills session. Course Minimums We require a minimum of 2 students to run a session. If we must cancel due to low enrollment, you will receive a 100% refund or priority placement in the next available class. Weather & Safety Policy: In the event of extreme weather, flight cancellations, or hazardous maritime conditions that prevent our instructor from reaching your site, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Safety is our primary business; we will not penalize you for making the safe call.
